It seems to work as far away as I can go while continue to see the receiver (at least 20 – 30 meters).
It’s nothing specal – primarily a substitute for whenever I previously would use the timer – e.g. when I was also in the picture or wanted to keep the shutter open a longer time.
not-so-innocent looking wireless shutter release (with extended antenna for effect). better to get a $50 chinese one than the official canon offering for $500.
